Resort ENTRY GATE will typically be CLOSED between appointments. 
Due to covid safe management; walk in or drive by check-ins are unable to occur.

ARRIVING EARLY, kindly please wait at the main entrance OR if the main entrance gate is already open; please wait in the car park until your appointment time. Pets MUST remain in vehicle with you at the entrance area - health & safety issue* Property wandering is NOT permitted. Sugarcane railway track is on our property.

** RUNNING LATE  Appointment Rescheduling Request will only be arranged during reception hours & needs to occur PRIOR to your appointment time10' late, will automatically cause rescheduling, subject to availability. If the main gate is open and you are in the car park, please wait, we may be preparing for another customer, we will pop out and see you. Thank you for your patience.  * Property wandering is NOT permitted.

Thursday: 8am - 10am & 3pm - 5pm

Friday: 8am - 10am & 3pm - 5pm

Saturday: 9am - 11am ONLY

Sunday: 3pm - 5pm ONLY

* If you arrive early or late for an appointment and the main entrance sliding gate is closed, without exception, you MUST remain behind that gate. Pets MUST remain in vehicle with you. Arriving early or late for an appointment, does not give you permission or authority to ignore signage & wander around the property.  Sugarcane railway track is on our property.  # Staff are NOT AVAILABLE for after hours arrivals or departures.
