LOCAL WEATHER UPDATES & USEFUL INFO.

30 Jan 2019 7:42 PM -

THE FOLLOWING  PROVIDES SOME USEFUL WEATHER INFORMATION & LINKS; THAT MAY ASSIST IN YOUR FUTURE ASSESSMENTS & TRAVEL PLANNING.

Whitsunday Regional Council advises that Whitsunday Pet Resort is located in a DESIGNATED WHITE ZONE - i.e. "Extremely minor risk or no risk of inundation or isolation from a cyclone storm tide".

Regardless, WPR's prevention,  preparation and response for potential and actual natural disaster events errs on the side of caution and proactiveness.  It is based in part on the Whitsunday Region Emergency Action Guide 2017-2019 edition.   Our action plan/s are also based on many years of practical experience and formal training.  Relevant updates will ONLY occur on this website and NOT our facebook page.

Currently all pets are well,  and resting :-)  ##

## Any and all wellbeing and welfare checks on your VIP's should also be via email and NOT on our FB page.  We also thank you for your patience at this time

Lastly please drive carefully and plan well ahead; as you drive according to current conditions.
