ENTRY TO OUR PROPERTY IS NOW BY PRIOR APPOINTMENT ONLY☑️.  WITHOUT EXCEPTION ALL Booking Inquiries MUST now be via our booking inquiry form accessible by "Send us and email now on this website" or "Book Now" on our FB page.  

Due to COVID-19 management issues, and written response now required. PHONE BOOKING INQUIRIES, spontaneous walk up, drive by last minute inquiries can NO LONGER OCCUR.

A booking response & booking fee (always been required) now needs to be paid BEFORE an appointment is allocated to you. Why? Appointments are now limited and a fail to show, fail to even call ref. a no show for a tentative inquiry that we may have accepted in the past in good faith, impacts severely on others who miss out. This can no longer occur as a sustainable business practice in these current times. Cancellation & administration fees will always apply and will need to be settled prior to any future bookings. We do appreciate 'stuff' happens, but certainly thank you in advance for your additional consideration.🤔🙂

We have a clear DUTY to ALL OUR CUSTOMERS, including potential customers, to assess Covid-19 response to our health questions, PRIOR to SCHEDULING ANY APPOINTMENT ENTRY to our property. We admit it is difficult to get our head around all that is happening. Clearly we must err on the side of caution as the consequences can be severe. Little option but to remain positive, brainstorm ways to get through this, eating that elephant someone delivered us all, one bite at a time.  To do that, we must adapt, up the ante, guard against complacency, as we prioritise & focus on our health as a primary goal.
