1️⃣RESPONSE TIMES & PROCESSING. For those who are waiting for responses in relation to cancellations. We are endeavouring to respond & process asap with any eligible refunds processed within normal time frames of 30 days and in chronological order - your patience is certainly appreciated & necessary. 2️⃣IMPORTANT: Effective today Tuesday 31/3/20 for e.g. all 15' spaced appointments are NOW:- LONG DISTANCE SUPERVISED NO CONTACT, facilitated by our commercial transport vehicle in our car park, where the vehicle's caging is used. WHAT HAPPENS - You arrive, secure pet in vehicle, you leave, we retrieve pet and vice versa. Naturally the vehicles awning door remains open & water is provided🐶🐱 .

3️⃣COVID-19 DECLARATIONS are also completed declaring your movement & accomodation requirement, so your booking can be reasonably interpreted to facilitate essential shopping, medical, compassionate, exercise, work or education to facilitate self isolation as an identified vulnerable person.
